Wir sind MYPOSTER. Seit 2011 sind wir als E-Commerce-Unternehmen mit klarem Tech-Fokus, eigener Produktion und starken Wurzeln als Familienunternehmen erfolgreich am Markt. Wir machen aus Fotos persönliche Lieblingsstücke – maßgefertigt, individuell und made in Germany. Unser Team aus über 400 Mitarbeitenden vereint Softwareentwicklung, Produktdesign und digitale Fertigung in einem agilen Workflow. Gemeinsam gestalten wir Fotoprodukte, die begeistern – mit smarten Prozessen, starken Ideen und echter Begeisterung fürs Detail.

DEINE AUFGABEN – HIERFÜR BRENNST DU

  • Du machst unsere Daten zum Power-Tool: Du bringst Daten aus Sales, Marketing, Web & physischer Produktion zusammen und schaffst eine zentrale, verlässliche Plattform für alles, was datengetrieben läuft
  • Du baust smarte Pipelines, die rocken: robust, sauber, skalierbar, mit Fokus auf Data Quality, Performance und Stabilität
  • Du schreibst Code, auf den man sich verlassen kann, also sauber, wartbar, automatisiert getestet in Python, SQL und anderen Tools
  • Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Infrastruktur: Du bewertest neue Tools, bringst Ideen ein und entscheidest gemeinsam mit dem Team, wie wir unsere Architektur weiterdenken

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast bereits als Data Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle gearbeitet und kennst Dich bestens mit ETL/ELT-Prozessen und Data Warehousing aus
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit SQL und Python. GCP, BigQuery, dbt und Airbyte sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für saubere Architektur, Datenmodellierung und Codequalität
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst in Lösungen und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit Produkt, Data Science und ML-Team Impact zu schaffen
  • Du sprichst Deutsch fließend, mind. auf Level B2
