About the Role

You'll provide hands-on IT support to ensure smooth daily operations for end users. The role involves troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows 10/11, Office 365, peripherals)
  • Assist users with setup, login, and connectivity issues
  • Handle ticket creation, updates, and escalation when necessary
  • Support IT equipment installation and maintain inventory records

Requirements

  • German language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
  • Valid German work permit
  • 1–2 years of IT support or service desk experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
