Position Overview:
Lead and manage the Human Resources function across multiple countries for
the world's leading solar company
.

Spanish and English proficiency are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Budget Management

  2. Develop and manage the HR budget for the European & LATAM region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  3. Monitor HR-related expenditures, including recruitment, training, activities, compensation adjustments, and other costs.

  4. Analyze cost-effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements to optimize ROI.

  5. Talent Acquisition and Management:

  6. Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all locations.

  7. Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience across all hiring processes.

  8. Analyze market trends and workforce data to optimize hiring practices.

  9. Training & Development:

  10. Design and oversee the delivery of training programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership competencies.

  11. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement.

  12. Performance Management:

  13. Oversee the performance management process to ensure alignment with business goals and individual development.

  14. Partner with managers to set clear performance expectations, conduct reviews, and identify high-potential employees.

  15. Implement strategies to address performance gaps and improve productivity across the region.

  16. Compliance and Risk Management:

  17. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, regional, and international laws and regulations.

  18. Manage employee relations cases within legal and budgetary frameworks.

  19. Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks.

  20. Organization Change Management:

  21. Lead organizational structure reviews to optimize efficiency and support business growth.

  22. Provide expertise on role design, team dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration.

  23. Employee Engagement & Retention

  24. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within budget constraints.

  25. Analyze employee feedback and identify cost-effective strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.

  26. Implement recognition programs and other engagement activities that align with budgetary considerations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

  • Experience in a multi-country environment with knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.

  • In-depth knowledge of European & LATAM labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex and dynamic work environments.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Work Environment:

This role requires travel and the ability to work across different time zones, and must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
