About the job
The Recruitment Specialist of Huawei Technologies Deutschland GmbH is a full-time onsite role, responsible for managing the hiring process, from JD posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting on/off-line interview, communicating with hiring directors and candidates, coordinating trainings for the new employees.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates, conduct on/off-line interview, coordinate communications between hiring managers and candidates
• Manage and develop resume sourcing channels
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitors' analysis
• Design internal recruitment procedures, job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and selection procedures
• Act as contact window with external recruiting vendors
• Review and develop onboarding process for new employees
• Plan and design internal & external employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Proficiency in Training new employees
• Excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• English, German, Chinese language skills
