StellenbeschreibungAls Teil des Legal Teams der Motel One Gruppe erwarten Sie als Legal Counsel (m/w/d) unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
- Rechtliche Begleitung von Hotelprojekten
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Verhandlung von Verträgen und bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung im Bereich Compliance inkl. Datenschutz
- Markenrecht
- Corporate Governance
- Überdurchschnittliches 1. und 2. Staatsexamen
- Offen, kommunikativ, sehr zuverlässig und Teamplayer
- Strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und
- Lust, in einem international tätigen Unternehmen zu arbeiten
