What you will do
- Serve as a moderator between development teams and internal/external business stakeholders
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and maintain transparency
- Provide architectural guidance and challenge technical decisions to align with long-term business and IT goals
- Drive conceptual solution design and ensure feasibility for both high-level and detailed implementations
- Navigate unclear requirements and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions
- Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.

Staff Engineer
What you will need
- Solid experience with both front-end and back-end software development, with deep understanding of modern, complex system architectures
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures with attention to scalability, resilience, and maintainability
- Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment automation, and regression testing strategies
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, with experience in leading or facilitating technical discussions within such frameworks
- Experience in the e-commerce domain is highly desirable
- Experience with microservices architecture.
