We're looking for a
Senior Content Manager (German native)
to own written communication and be a key part in transforming every into a content-driven brand. You'd not only be supporting content systems, SEO strategy, and content operation, but also developing the content across our customer experience — from emails to blog articles, UX flows, landing pages, and branded and educational content.

The role reports into the Director of Brand & Product Marketing. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who loves developing content across different channels, understands the nuances of customer journeys, can debate the use of the oxford comma, and is excited to be a key role for a very fast-growing subscription brand.

Some of what you'll do

Write exceptional content across channels

  • Write engaging, conversion-oriented website and landing page copy.

  • Create engaging, impactful CRM content

  • Craft UX copy for account dashboard, subscription management, and key user flows.

  • Develop customer education content: guides, articles, and materials that help users build healthier routines.

  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Acquisition, Brand, and Digital Product to create a cohesive customer journey

  • Translate product marketing and campaign direction into clear, convincing copy across channels

Manage content operations & CMS

  • Upload and maintain content in our headless CMS (Sanity) with clean formatting and metadata.

  • Build and organize a content library with consistent naming, tagging, and taxonomy.

  • Ensure content versions, updates, and optimizations follow a clear workflow.

Own editorial & SEO content

  • Write long-form blog articles aligned to brand themes and SEO and G/AEO opportunities.

  • Participate in keyword research and strategy, and ensure content meets search intent.

  • Refresh and optimize existing content to improve ranking and performance.

  • Maintain structured internal linking, metadata, and basic schema.

Who you are

A highly skilled writer

  • Primary experience writing content for DTC emails, landing pages, UX copy, SMS, educational content, and long-form articles.

  • Strong English (C1–C2), can write English-first with excellent grammar, clarity, and nuance.

  • Fluent German also with excellent grammar, clarity, and nuance.

  • Deep understanding of tone, structure, and customer and user motivations.

SEO-competent

  • Comfortable with keyword research, content clustering, and search intent.

  • Skilled in on-page optimization and metadata.

  • Familiar with schema basics (FAQ, article markup).

  • Able to monitor performance and spot improvement opportunities.

Comfortable with complexity

  • Loves managing many content surfaces at once.

  • Strong in structuring information and designing workflows.

  • Enjoys shaping content systems, not just writing.

  • Able to thrive with ownership and autonomy.

Experienced

  • 5–8+ years in content writing, content management, or SEO-focused editorial roles.

  • Ideally in DTC, food, wellness, subscription, ecommerce, or consumer tech.

  • Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Sanity) is a plus but not required.
