At this moment, we are looking for an
Account Manager for the DACH & SEE region
based in Germany.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term client relationships while meeting revenue targets. You will work across a portfolio of flexographic printing equipment, software solutions and consumables.

Your tasks:

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships within the Commercial Print Plates segment across the DACH region, primarily in Germany.
  • Focus on new business acquisition and market growth – identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute them effectively.
  • Analyse and continuously improve sales processes and structures.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure outstanding customer support.
  • Regular travel activity across the DACH region (customer visits, trade fairs, industry events).

Supporting the Sales Manager DACH

  • Support the regional Sales Manager in organizational, administrative and commercial activities (e.g., reporting, quotation follow-up, CRM, sales planning).
  • Represent the Sales Manager at internal or external meetings when required.
  • Contribute to improving internal sales processes and reporting structures.
  • Preferred: prior experience in coordination, sales organization or team support.
  • Opportunity for professional development within the sales organization, with potential to gradually take on more responsibility.

Market & Strategy

  • Monitor market and technology trends within the commercial printing sector.
  • Analyse competitors and provide strategic feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Represent ECO3 at trade shows, industry events and customer visits.

Your profile:

Experience & Qualifications

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally within the printing industry or related markets (prepress, consumables, print systems).
  • Solid technical understanding of commercial printing workflows and applications.
  • Proven ability to acquire new customers and build sustainable relationships.
  • Confident in using CRM systems and modern sales tools.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
  • High level of initiative, organizational ability and team spirit.
  • Fluent and business-proficient in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness for regular travel within the DACH region.
