About the Role
We're looking for a
Partner Solutions Manager
who can bridge innovation, business growth, and relationship excellence.
In this role, you'll work with key partners to co-create solutions, drive joint success, and deliver measurable impact. You'll act as the strategic link between our company and our ecosystem of partners — from technology alliances to commercial collaborations — ensuring alignment, scalability, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to drive mutual business growth
- Identify and develop joint solution opportunities with key partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Tech) to deliver integrated partner solutions
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, KPIs, and performance goals
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support partnership strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner success and enablement
- Report performance insights and partnership ROI to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, or business development
- Proven track record in managing strategic or technical partnerships
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- English fluency required; Korean proficiency preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital platform industries
- Understanding of partner ecosystems, integrations, and co-marketing strategies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven reporting tools
