About the Role

We are seeking a
dynamic and relationship-driven Partner Solutions Manager
to strengthen our partner ecosystem and deliver high-impact business solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with strategic partners to understand their business needs, co-develop tailored solutions, and drive mutual growth. You will act as the key bridge between internal product, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term partner satisfaction.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in partnership management, solution development, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities and co-develop go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized partner solutions
  • Monitor partner performance, KPIs, and business outcomes
  • Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and escalations
  • Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies to support innovative partnerships


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or solution consulting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships and delivering business growth
  • English fluency; Korean proficiency preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM or partner management platforms
  • Understanding of solution architecture and digital ecosystems
  • Experience in driving co-marketing and joint business initiatives
