Job Description

Duration: months

Working hours: 20 h/week; up to 37,5 h/week during lecture free period possible

Workplace: Office in Düsseldorf

Join our global Digital Commerce team and support the execution of our E-Commerce strategy to enhance customer journeys and streamline processes across markets. You will work in an international, English-speaking environment, contributing to research, presentations, and coordination of smaller projects within our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies

  • Analyze data and present insights to support strategic decisions

  • Presentation & Communication:

  • Prepare impactful presentations and project updates

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global objectives

  • Project Coordination:

  • Manage small projects within the Digital Marketing Chapter

  • Document processes, maintain checklists, and monitor global KPIs

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High affinity for E-Commerce; video editing skills are a plus
  • Relevant studies in Marketing, Business, Media, or similar fields are preferred
