Join our innovative team as a Working Student (m/f/d) - Customer Service, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences while honing your skills in the E-commerce industry
Your responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels and deliver personalized assistance
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer-centric initiatives
- Contribute to building an extensive knowledge base and continuously update it with valuable insights gathered from customer interactions.
You've got
- Ideally some experience in Customer Service within the FMCG sector
- Excellent communication skills, good numerical understanding and MS-Office know-how
- Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach, team spirit and willingness to learn
- You are enrolled in a German university for a full-time degree
- Fluent/Native in Spanish and Portuguese with at least professional level in English (essential)
- Fluent in Portuguese or Dutch will be highly advantageous.
