As a Category Lead (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will play a central role in shaping our new product strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring commercial success across one of our core product categories. You will be both strategic and hands-on -leading with vision while executing with precision.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and own the strategy for your assigned category, aligning it with FORMEL SKIN's broader goals and growth ambitions.Define a compelling product value proposition tailored to our customers' needs and market trends, using both qualitative insights and quantitative data.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies and define positioning, messaging, and visual assets that resonate with our audience.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle - from supplier negotiations and procurement planning to inventory management and ensuring timely product availability.
    Launch new products and category expansions by coordinating operational execution across logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment. Continuously monitor performance using KPIs, run tests and initiatives to improve category profitability, and adjust strategies based on results and customer feedback.
What you need to shine
  • 4-8 years of professional experience, including 2–3+ years in high-growth start-ups or scale-ups, particularly in strategy, operations, growth, or category management. Background in consulting, VC, PE, or investment banking is a plus.
  • A strong academic background, ideally in engineering, business, finance, computer science, or economics. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Hands-on, highly organized, results-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects with precision.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders alike.
    Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
