Market & Industry Expertise (Must-have)
Deep understanding of the German and international legal market (law firms, corporate legal departments, judiciary, notaries, insolvency administrators, tax advisors)Strong knowledge of the LegalTech landscape: trends, innovations, key players, business models, and market dynamicsFamiliarity with legal workflows and pain points – ideally through legal education or long-term experience in the legal industryKnowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, BRAO, EU AI Act, etc.)Existing networks in the LegalTech ecosystem are a plusProfessional SkillsExperience in channel and strategic alliance managementBackground in B2B sales of complex software solutions (LegalTech preferred)Tech-savvy with SaaS and API integration knowledgeExperience in public affairs or association work is desirableExcellent German and English skills, both written and spokenWillingness to travel for networking events and on-site team days in Karlsruhe (approximately 2–5 days per month on average)Your teamContact detailsIf you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our recruiter:

Drive joint GTM activities and define shared business plans with alliance partnersSupport sales in joint customer opportunities and conduct regular partner meetingsCoordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) for partner successAdvocacy & Networking
Represent STP in industry associations, committees, and with political stakeholdersBuild presence at LegalTech events, conferences, and innovation networksMaintain relationships with thought leaders and decision-makers in the LegalTech ecosystemMarket Intelligence & Strategy
