suchen wir derzeit einen Key Holder (m/w/d) für
30
Stunden/Woche. Diese Stelle, die dem Filialleiter untersteht, sollte von einer freundlichen, leidenschaftlichen Person besetzt werden, die eine einzigartige, erstklassige Kundenerfahrung bietet und in Abwesenheit des Filialleiters die Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts der Filiale übernimmt.

Key Holder (m/w/d) - Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Erreichen von Verkaufszielen
  • Stets eine hervorragende Kundenbetreuung bieten
  • Sämtliche Arbeitsabläufe der Filiale erfüllen, z. B. Lieferung, Arbeitsbeginn und -ende registrieren, Inventuren, Warenbestand auffüllen usw.
  • Sämtliche Verfahren zu Gesundheit und Sicherheit einhalten, um eine gesunde, sichere und saubere Arbeitsumgebung sicherzustellen.
  • Kassentransaktionen in Übereinstimmung mit den Arbeitsabläufen durchführen.
  • Komplexe Kundenanfragen bearbeiten.
  • Das Führungsteam beim Coachen und Betreuen neuerer Teammitglieder unterstützen.
  • In Abwesenheit des Leiters die Verantwortung für die Filiale, wie unter anderem das Öffnen und Schließen, für kurze Zeiträume übernehmen.
  • Sonstige angemessene Aufgaben, die vom Führungsteam der Filiale aufgetragen werden.

Key Holder (m/w/d) - Grundvoraussetzungen:

  • Ähnliche Erfahrung in den Funktionen des Schlüsselinhabers (Öffnen und Schließen der Filiale), bevorzugt innerhalb einer Mode/Lifestyle-Marke
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Kundenbetreuung aufweisen
  • Verkaufsorientierte Einstellung – zielorientiert und fähig, das Team beim Erreichen der Geschäftsziele zu unterstützen und
  • Ein gutes Verständnis der Teamführung und Verkaufsförderung aufweisen
  • Professionell und gleichzeitig authentisch und unerschrocken auftreten
