Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten, Assistenz für die Bereichsleitung, Bestellung von Bekleidungsartikeln für die Produktion, Vorbereitung von Besprechungen und Teammeetings
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Vorbereitung von Bereichsveranstaltungen
  • Allgemeine unterstützende Tätigkeiten für die Bereichsleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hoch-/Fachhochschulstudium der Ingenieurswissenschaften
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betriebs-, Maschinen- und Fertigungstechnik sowie im Facility Management und in der Gebäudesystem- und Versorgungstechnik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der damit verbundenen Werkstoff-, Prozess-, Betriebsmittel-, Verfahrens-,Anlagentechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung komplexer Projekte
  • Prozess und Methodenkompetenz
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
  • Gute Kenntnisse der luftfahrttechnischen Gesetzgebung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Rahmenbedingungen und Vorschriften in den Bereichen Arbeitsschutz,Umweltschutz, Betriebsverordnungen und -richtlinien
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP R/3, MS-Office, Anwendungsprogramme)
  • Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung von komplexen Sachverhalten
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungs- und Entscheidungsvermögen
