Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time Position. Please note that this is not a commuting contract.

Requirements
  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Minimum Height: 158 cm
  • Education: Completed secondary education
  • Certification: valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
  • Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German language are welcomed. Willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouraged.
  • Medical Fitness: Valid aeronautical medical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
  • Experience: cabin crew experience with valid EASA attestation
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to remain calm under pressure. You are flexible and adaptable, to embrace change and the unexpected, from roster change to onboard emergencies, always mastering customer skills and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Background Check: No criminal record
  • You can reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

Your Key Tasks

  • Passenger Service: Provide warm and professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight.
  • Safety & Security: Conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
  • In-Flight Sales: Assist with onboard sales and promote products to enhance passenger experience.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient cabin operations.
