Senior Embedded Developer - Stuttgart Area, Germany - Up to €82,000 + Bonus (d / m / w)

Based in Engineering-hub of Germany, a pioneering, international and ferociously expanding company are offering an unparalleled Embedded Developer role.

This specialist company develops world-leading measurement instruments for the environmental sector. During this exciting time, they urgently require an Embedded Developer to utilize their specialist skills to fuel the progression of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Firmware development and microcontroller programming using C and C++, respectively
  • Some additional python programming
  • Programming of FPGA modules using VHDL
  • Error analysis and system integration in intricate IoT devices, taking into account both software and hardware
  • RTOS optimization and migrations
  • Work in close proximity to the software team in order to craft and debug interfaces

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Embedded Development
  • Experience using C++, Python, VHDL (FPGA), RTOS (VxWorks), and Linux
  • Strong experience with communication interfaces, such as I2C, SPI, PCIe, etc.
  • Experience in Linux Kernel is a bonus
  • Fluency in German & English is
    mandatory
