XALT Business Consulting GmbH ist ein Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner mit 100% DevSecOps-DNA und realisiert Projekte in Bereichen wie ITSM, Social Intranets, Cloud-Infrastruktur und Identity Management.

Tasks
  • Teamführung & Delivery: Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Beratungsteams – Planung des Einsatzes der Consultants in Atlassian- und DevOps-Projekten und Sicherstellung termingerechter, qualitativ hochwertiger Ergebnisse sowie zufriedene Kunden.
  • Methodik & Prozesse: Definition und Optimierung unserer Beratungsprozesse und Best Practices im Team sowie Etablierung entsprechender Methoden und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.
  • Kundeneskalationen: Direkter Ansprechpartner bei Eskalationen – Eingreifen, wenn es hakt, konstruktive Lösungen finden und das Vertrauen unserer Kund*innen stärken.
  • Mentoring & Enablement: Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Consultants – Mentor in der Projektarbeit, Unterstützung des Teams mit Rat und Tat, Förderung kontinuierlichen Lernens und bestmöglicher Leistung.
Requirements
  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder im Projektmanagement, davon mehrere Jahre in Leitungsfunktion und nachweisbare Projekterfolge in der IT-Consulting-Branche.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Tiefgehende Expertise in Atlassian-Tools (Jira, Confluence etc.) sowie gute Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien und DevOps-Prinzipien; Erfahrung mit Identity- & Access-Management-Lösungen (z.B. SSO, Verzeichnisdienste) ist ein Plus.
  • Methodische Kompetenz: Fundiertes Verständnis von Projektmanagement- und Beratungsmethoden und Tools wie Jira zur Projektsteuerung; idealerweise vertraut mit agilen Vorgehensweisen (Scrum/Kanban) und ITIL/ITSM-Prozessen.
  • Kundenorientierung: Ausgeprägter Servicegedanke und Qualitätssinn; Erfahrung in Projekten im deutschsprachigen Raum; proaktive Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Führung & Soft Skills: Nachweisliche Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Steuerung verteilter Teams; starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Empathie; Teamplayer mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz und Organisationsgeschick.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
