They are currently seeking to fill the following position at their location near Bremen:

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis:
    Assess potential markets for process technology and identify growth opportunities.
  • Market Entry Strategies:
    Develop strategies for entering and expanding high-potential markets in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions:
    Understand customer needs and propose effective sales and marketing approaches.
  • Innovative Applications:
    Identify new application areas for fluidized bed technology and support sales with tailored concepts.
  • Production Concepts:
    Create customer-specific production solutions to meet individual requirements.
  • Application Reports:
    Prepare and publish case studies showcasing the benefits and uses of the technology.
  • Consulting & Support:
    Advise and assist national and international customers on product-related topics.
  • Marketing Assistance:
    Contribute to creating brochures, presentations, press releases, and other sales materials.
  • Customer Trials:
    Organize and conduct trials in the test center, managing all related customer communication.
  • Industry Representation:
    Attend and represent the company at symposia, conferences, and trade fairs.
  • Networking:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Your Profile

  • Education:
    Degree in food technology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, process engineering, life sciences, or a similar field.
  • Experience:
    Several years of experience in food or pharmaceutical technology, ideally in roles such as application engineer, process engineer, product manager, or sales engineer.
  • Languages:
    Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    Customer-focused mindset, initiative, teamwork, solution-oriented thinking, strong communication skills, and quick comprehension.
