As part of
our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • You develop efficient, legally compliant service models for payroll and HR administration, and you design and document HR processes for various European countries.
  • You contribute your expertise across the entire hire-to-retire process – from onboarding to payroll to offboarding.
  • You ensure smooth operations within a global HR service delivery model, including continuous process improvement of the implemented service model.
  • You are also responsible for designing global HR processes during the implementation of a global HR management system.
  • You manage a global payroll project in close collaboration with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT.
  • As a central interface between local HR departments, regional/global HR teams, and other stakeholders, you ensure clear communication, training, the introduction of new processes, and active change management.
  • You support colleagues in using HR systems and take on operational tasks such as data entry, workflow management, and reporting.


What makes you stand out
  • You have experience as a project manager (gn), ideally in the area of payroll or in implementing HR processes across multiple countries.
  • You bring a solid understanding of designing, shaping, and implementing global HR service processes and have experience in standardizing HR processes.
  • You are familiar with payroll processes and legal requirements in Europe and have already worked with external service providers.
  • You are well-acquainted with international corporate structures and can confidently coordinate various stakeholders – even without direct authority.
  • Your affinity for technology and strong understanding of IT systems set you apart.
  • You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and communicate clearly and purposefully.
  • You speak fluent English – additional European languages are a plus. German language skills are not a must-have.
