Wir suchen ein engagiertes Teammitglied für unsere Publishing Unit Religion, Bible, and Theology. In Ihrer Funktion als Editor EBR übernehmen Sie gemeinsam mit Kollegen die redaktionelle Betreuung der 'Encyclopedia of the Bible and Its Reception' (EBR). Die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung bis zum befristet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Realisierung und kontinuierliche Entwicklung des Referenzwerks EBR (für die Publikation in Print und Online) in Abstimmung mit dem Lektorat und Produktmanagement
  • Steuerung, Koordination und stetige Optimierung des Publikationsprozesses und aller damit verbundenen Aufgaben inkl. entsprechender Terminüberwachung
  • Betreuung der Inhalte in einem Content-Management-System anhand festgelegter Workflows
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Herausgeber*innen und Autor*innen im Rahmen des Projektmanagements
  • Koordination eines Teams von freien Mitarbeitenden Betreuung der für die Verbreitung und Sichtbarkeit des Produktes relevanten Schnittstellen zu Vertrieb, Marketing und Communications

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes theologisches Studium und ein Interesse an der biblischen Rezeptionsgeschichte
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder im Verlagswesen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit sicherer Prioritätensetzung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Programme und erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Content-Management-Systemen
  • Teamgeist sowie kommunikatives Geschick in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen akademischen Autoren und Herausgebern
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse des biblischen Hebräisch und Griechisch
