Transformation & Operational Excellence Consultant (m/w/d) – Pharma Manufacturing

Intro

Für ein internationales Transformationsprojekt mit Produktionsstandorten in Europa suchen wir bei Entourage erfahrene Berater*innen zur operativen und organisatorischen Unterstützung pharmazeutischer Produktionsumfelder. Sie begleiten zwei aufeinanderfolgende Transformationswellen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

Responsibilities

  • Operative Unterstützung von Drug-Product-(OSD) und Drug-Substance-/API-Produktionsumfeldern
  • Leitung einzelner Transformations-Streams als Stream Lead
  • Umsetzung von Effizienz- und Performance-Verbesserungen in Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Site-Management- und Performance-Management-Strukturen
  • Coaching von Senior Leaders und Schlüsselrollen mit Fokus auf Leadership sowie Management & Behavioral Capabilities

Qualifications

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in pharmazeutischer Produktion (Drug Product und/oder API)
  • Nachweisbare Projekterfahrung in Transformations- oder Operational-Excellence-Programmen
  • Erfahrung in Führung, Coaching und wirksamer Einflussnahme auf Management-Ebene
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Operational-Excellence-Methoden (z. B. VSM, Trainingsformate, Datenanalysen)
  • Bereitschaft zu internationaler Reisetätigkeit
