Business Excellence Manager DACH (f/m/d)
The Business Excellence Manager DACH (f/m/d) is responsible for driving business intelligence, data management, and digital transformation across Ipsen DACH. By evolving Power BI reporting, strengthening data architecture, and spearheading digital transformation, the Business Excellence Manager will help position Ipsen DACH as a leader in data-driven business excellence.

Your Responsibilities
Power BI Reporting & Business Intelligence:

• Maintain and evolve Ipsen's Power BI reporting to ensure full transparency, efficiency, and accessibility.
• Expand reporting capabilities by integrating new functionalities and aligning with Microsoft's latest developments.
• Enhance data visualization and analytics to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Data Management & Architecture

• Design, implement, and maintain a centralized, efficient, and secure data ecosystem.
• Ensure high data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with governance standards.

AI & Digital Transformation

• Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational processes.
• Upskill internal teams on AI applications and support the organization's readiness for emerging technologies.
• Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to drive efficiencies and optimize performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Transformation

• Act as a transformation accelerator by identifying areas for efficiency improvements and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that business intelligence and digital initiatives align with strategic goals.

Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with a strong track record of developing and optimizing Power BI reporting solutions. Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Expertise in data architecture and governance, ensuring high accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Ideally demonstrated success in implementing AI-driven tools and automation to enhance business efficiency and decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and advanced data processing solutions to manage and structure large datasets effectively.
• Ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, driving efficiency improvements and business process optimizations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry analytics, commercial operations, or business excellence, ensuring a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align data strategies with business objectives and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends, interpreting complex datasets, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations
• Ideally experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Language skills: fluent in German & English
