Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Berlin, Germany. The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform daily quality control and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality management systems, conducting quality audits, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The hired candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes
- Experience and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Skilled in conducting Quality Auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain effective communication
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in the dairy industry or food production is advantageous
