Als GTM Engineer bei YOYABA arbeitest du exakt dort, wo Strategy, Automation und Revenue Execution aufeinandertreffen.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Founder & CEO sowie dem Senior AE Team zusammen und verantwortest die Systeme, Signale und Workflows, die unser Go-To-Market skalierbar, vorhersagbar und maximal effizient machen.

Du baust die Infrastruktur, damit andere auf höchstem Niveau verkaufen können.
Du denkst in Systemen, nutzt Daten zur Entscheidungsfindung und entwickelst Automationen, die Reibung im gesamten Marketing-, Sales- und RevOps-Prozess eliminieren.

  • Du verantwortest unsere Outreach-Programme in HubSpot, Clay & SmartReach und arbeitest eng mit unserem Senior AE zusammen (Sequencing, Messaging, Meetings, Cold Calls).HubSpot, Clay & SmartReach und arbeitest eng mit unserem Senior AE zusammen (Sequencing, Me

  • Du identifizierst & nutzt GTM-Signale aus verschiedenen Tools und Kanälen, um Outbound relevanter und konvertierender zu machen.

  • Du agierst als HubSpot Admin, entwickelst unser Setup weiter, optimierst Datenqualität, Lifecycle-Stages, Scoring und Automationen.

  • Du analysierst unseren kompletten Sales-Prozess und entwickelst smarte Automationen, damit AEs 100 % Fokus auf Selling haben.

  • Du baust cross-funktionale Workflows, die Paid Social, Webinare, E-Mail-Marketing und Sales Outreach miteinander verzahnen.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing zusammen, um Webinar-Workflows, Lead Nurturing, E-Mail-Automationen und Tracking aufzubauen.

  • Du erstellst Reporting & Dashboards, die Management volle Transparenz über Funnel, Performance, Pipeline und Effizienz geben.



Requirements

  • Erfahrung:
    Erste oder tiefere Erfahrung in B2B SaaS, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops oder GTM Automationen. Du kennst CRM-Systeme (idealerweise HubSpot), Outreach-Tools und Datenplattformen. SQL/Python ein Plus.

  • Mindset:
    Du denkst in GTM-Mechaniken, liebst skalierbare Prozesse und hast Freude daran, Systeme zu bauen, die Teams schneller machen.

  • Technisches Verständnis:
    Du verstehst CRM-Logiken, Automationen, Routing, Enrichment, Attribution und weißt, wie man Prozesse elegant löst.

  • Growth:
    Du willst in einer High-Ownership-Umgebung wachsen und langfristig in eine Senior- oder Lead-GTM-Rolle hineinwachsen.

  • Sprache:
    Sehr gutes Englisch, Deutsch ein Plus.
