Your Role & Responsbilities

As our new Head of Product, you will own and drive the full product strategy and execution - from discovery to delivery.

You'll be responsible for scaling our product from early traction to mass adoption - setting the vision, leading the product organization, and ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to customers and the business.

You will work closely with customers, as well as all internal stakeholders like founders, engineering, commercial and operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Product strategy & roadmap:
  Define a crisp product vision, translate it into measurable goals and an execution roadmap aligned to company objectives.
• Preparation & assessment:
  Lead a rigorous discovery and assessment phase for each initiative (problem framing, scope, feasibility, risks, success metrics, technical implications)
• Tight engineering collaboration:
  Co-create solutions with Engineering; leverage platform capabilities, propose and develop platform features together
• Delivery excellence:
  Ensure high-quality implementation flows, from concept to rollout; maintain healthy backlogs; remove blockers; take ownership for excellent product quality and UX standards.
• Analytics & outcomes:
  Define and track KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, revenue/ROI); run experiments; drive continuous improvement based on data.
• Cross-functional communication:
  Keep business, customers, and tech aligned; present plans and progress with the right fidelity to each audience.
• Team & culture:
  Build, mentor, and elevate a product team that cares deeply about progress, entrepreneurial thinking, and ownership.

Requirements:

• Proven success
  scaling products
  from early traction to broader adoption, with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to
  work hand-in-hand with Engineering
  (systems thinking, API-led design, technical considerations, platform leverage)
• Track record of
  clear, rigorous communication
  : sharp specs, structured reasoning, crisp change logs
• Strong analytical mindset
  : comfort with metrics, experimentation, and turning abstract concepts into working flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management
  across founders, customers, GTM, and tech.
• Fluent English required, German a plus.

- equally comfortable discussing requirements with engineers as you are defining product vision with leadership. You care deeply about the craft of product management: clarity, structure, collaboration, and execution. You see complexity as an opportunity for elegant design.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Systems/product thinking
  ; ability to use API for business needs and drafting flows.
• Fluency in defining
  implementation-ready flows
  (edge cases, failure modes, handoffs).
• Comfortable with product analytics (e.g., funnels, cohorts, experiment design).

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Empathetic but direct communicator; great listener and explainer.
• Brings energy and focus to teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Values precision, reasoning, and continuous learning.
