We're a small, ambitious team on a mission to help Europe's top innovators and builders make an impact. Through our Startup Hub, we design and run high-energy accelerator and soft-landing programs, plus co-innovation formats that connect bold startups with forward-looking corporates and public partners.

We're now looking for a hands-on Program Manager (m/f/d) to drive end-to-end delivery, from planning and stakeholder coordination to smooth execution and great participant experience.

We operate through three core product units:

• BIA – Innovation & AI programs for large organizations

• HelloCircle – Leadership development for scale-ups

• Startup Hub – Entrepreneurship-support programs

Our core team of fewer than 10 works from Berlin Mitte, supported by 40+ expert freelancers. Together, we deliver high-impact programs for clients such as LiveEO, GetYourGuide, Novo Nordisk, and Roland Berger.

Tasks

Your Role

Our Startup Hub is a fast-moving environment with multiple programs running in parallel. We're looking for a Program Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of our startup accelerator for early-stage founders, ensuring a strong participant experience, smooth stakeholder coordination, and clean reporting.

You will work closely with the Hub leadership and our Program Manager team, and you will collaborate with a broad ecosystem of startups, corporate partners, funders, and freelancers.

Your Tasks

• Own the day-to-day operations of our startup accelerator, from kickoff to demo day.

• Partner closely with founders, keep the program relevant, and iterate based on feedback and learning outcomes.

• Build and run the curriculum with the BIA team and external experts (mentors, speakers, facilitators, freelancers).

• Facilitate peer sessions and workshops, online and on-site.

• Keep delivery tight: timelines, budgets, priorities, and clear ownership across workstreams.

• Support scouting and selection, from outreach and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

• Grow the community around the program: partnerships, touchpoints, and moments that keep founders engaged.

• Support program controlling, documentation, and internal transparency.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program management, venture building, innovation programs, accelerators, or a related environment.

• Strong project management skills, you can structure ambiguity, run multiple workstreams, and deliver on deadlines.

• Confident communication and stakeholder management.

• Hands-on, fast-paced, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Interest in startups, innovation, impact, and corporate-startup collaboration.

• Fluency in English (working language). German is a strong plus.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
