Böckmann Holzbau is a family-owned business specializing in premium wooden houses and outdoor living solutions. We design and build sustainable timber homes using CLT, GLT, and timber frame construction types, as well as saunas, carports, and hot tubs. Our mission is to combine Baltic wood quality with German precision, creating long-lasting, natural, and affordable living spaces for families, businesses, and leisure. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Frankfurt am Main with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with marketing department to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales management and Business development skills
  • Client relationship building and Customer service skills
  • Market analysis and Strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the construction or timber industry is preferred
