Your Role

As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of business processes, optimize workflows, and provide strategic support to our founder and team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational tasks and improve internal processes
  • Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflows
  • Support business strategy execution
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements


Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in operations, project management, or business administration
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Onsite position
