Role Description

Join our vibrant team as a Digital Marketing Intern in this full-time, on-site role based in Berlin (remote options available for exceptional candidates). Dive into the world of social media sorcery: craft captivating campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; dissect web performance metrics with tools like Google Analytics; fuel online marketing initiatives; and shape strategies that amplify our ancient-modern fusion. You'll monitor emerging trends, produce scroll-stopping content (think reels of golden artifacts coming alive), and collaborate closely with our small, passionate crew to maintain a consistent voice of mystery, luxury, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and drive traffic
  • Analyze web analytics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates) and report insights for optimization
  • Create compelling content: posts, stories, videos, and email newsletters tailored to jewelry lovers
  • Track trends in fashion/jewelry and digital marketing to inspire fresh ideas
  • Support SEO, PPC experiments, and influencer outreach
  • Collaborate on brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and online marketing tactics
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Canva
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—storytellers who thrive in teams
