Are you looking to start your career in marketing and gain hands-on experience across real projects?

At Sponge Compliance, you'll support our marketing team in strengthening our brand presence in the DACH region through creativity, organisation, and a willingness to learn. 

Job Requirements

  • Fluent German and strong English communication skills
  • A genuine interest in marketing, communications, or digital media
  • Basic knowledge of social media or content creation (a plus, notrequired)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and with attention to detail
  • A creative mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution ofB2Bmarketing campaign
  • Help manage and grow our social media channel
  • Assisting creating and proofreading marketing materials (posts, blogs, presentations, emails
  • Support the organisation of events, webinars, and conference
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, CMS updates, and maintaining content calendars
