Stellenbeschreibung

Verantwortlich für die Durchführung und Steuerung des Non-Conformity-Prozesses bei Kauf und Beistell-Teilen beginnend mit der Erfassung im ERP-System bis zur vollständigen logistischen Abwicklung im und außerhalb des 

Werkes, mit denen Zielen die Durchlaufzeit zu minimieren und die Anzahl an offenen Non-Conformity-Reports (NCRs) auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren

  • Charakterisierung des Mangels an nicht konformen Materialien
  • Verfassen von NCR in SAP System und Supplier Quailty Portal (SQP) mit einer vollständigen Fehlerbeschreibung
  • Durchführung von Bestandsprüfungen und sicherstellen, dass keine anderen nicht konformen Bauteile in der Produktionslinie verbaut werden
  • Abstimmung mit der Wareneingangskontrolle über zukünftige Prüflosverfahren
  • Monitoring des gesperrten Bestand mit dem Reporting an das Warehouse - und Material Management 
  • Vertretung des Bereichs bei internen und externen Audits und Assessments. (Bsp. APSYS, Internal Control, etc)
  • Durchsetzung der Datenschutz-, Ethik und Comliance-, EHS-, Brandschutz- und Umweltvorschriften
Qualifikationen
  • gute Kentnisse über die Logistikprozesse, inbesondere der Materialsteuerung
  • gute Kenntnisse in der NCR-Bearbeitung
  • Umgang mit Zeichnungen, technischen Beschreibungen, Bestellungen, Prüfvorschriften und Normen 
  • gute Kenntnisse im SAP und LVS
  • fließend Deutsch und Englisch
