Tasks: Supporting suppliers in the assessment and rework of purchased parts Recording and analyzing deviations in purchased parts 8D tracking and validation Root cause analysis (internal and external) Escalation management in collaboration with Production and Purchasing Ensuring supplier compliance with specifications and regulations Interface function between Purchasing, SCM, Project Management, Design, and suppliers   Requirements: Completed technical training with further training as a technician or a completed degree in a STEM field Several years of technical professional experience or initial experience in the rail vehicle sector Independent and self-reliant working style as well as confident handling of common quality, failure analysis, and complaint management tools (e.g., 8D and RCA methods) Desirable: Experience with internal and external audits Very good written and spoken German and English skills Strong communication skills Communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel occasionally Confident with MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
