Deine Mission
- Du übernimmst End-to-End-Verantwortung für Marketing-Initiativen von Feature-Launch bis Upsell
- Du sorgst für nahtlose Übergaben zwischen Produkt, Vertrieb und Customer Success
- Du nutzt Daten-Insights, um Kampagnen kontinuierlich zu optimieren und ARR zu steigern
Deine Aufgaben
- Campaign Journeys:
Konzeption und Steuerung von Multi-Channel-Kampagnen (SEA, Social Ads, E-Mail) - Content Creation:
Verfassen von SEO-optimierten Blogartikeln, Whitepapern; Produktion von Videos & Illustrationen - Lead Management:
Aufbau und Pflege von Inbound- und Outbound-Funnel (MQL→SQL) in HubSpot & Co. - Datenanalyse:
Tracking wichtiger KPIs (CAC, NDR, Kunden-Health) und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen - Cross-Team-Koordination:
Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Product Ownern, SDRs und CSM zur Pipeline-Optimierung
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance- und Inbound-Marketing (besser: SaaS-Umfeld)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HubSpot (oder vergleichbaren Tools) und Kampagnen-Analytics
- Kreative Hands-on-Skills in Text, Video und Grafik
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung mit KPI-Dashboards
- Begeisterung für Collaboration-Tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics) von Vorteil
