Aufgabenbereich

  • Du unterstützt bei der Sachverhaltsaufklärung ("was passierte denn tatsächlich und was hat dies für Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen gehabt?")
  • Du unterstützt bei der Quantifizierung von Schäden in profilierten, weltweiten Rechtsstreitigkeiten und führst eigene Analysen durch
  • Du bewertest relevante Daten wie z.B. aus Broker Reports, Datenbanken, Jahresabschlüssen
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kolleg:innen bei der Erstellung von finanzwirtschaftlichen Modellen zur Schadensquantifizierung
  • Du führst Finanzanalysen und Unternehmensbewertungen durch
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen für Kunden und interne Stakeholder und bist an der Erstellung von Gutachten für internationale (Schieds-)Gerichtsverfahren beteiligt

Bewerberprofil

  • Laufendes Masterstudium an einer renommierten Universität mit wirtschaftlichem Hintergrund in Finanzen und Rechnungswesen
  • Fließend in Deutsch & Englisch (nahezu jegliche Kommunikation erfolgt auf Englisch)
  • Sehr gute akademische Leistungen
  • Starke analytische Persönlichkeit
  • Sichere Anwendung der MS Office Produkte
  • Erste Praktika, idealerweise in der Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Bewertungsabteilung einer Unternehmensberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Arbeitszeit

  • Ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche während der Vorlesungszeiten und bis zu 40 Std. pro Woche in den Semesterferien
  • Einteilung frei gestaltbar zwischen 8:30 und 18:30 Uhr
