We are seeking a
Content Strategist Intern
to join our team in Berlin for a
12-month internship
, to be completed as part of a
formal academic program or an externally funded internship scheme
(e.g. university placement or Erasmus-type programs).

The internship offers
structured, hands-on experience
in content strategy, digital marketing, and communications within a
small, professional team
.

Internship Framework (Legal Requirement)

This internship must be carried out under a
formal agreement with a university or external funding organization
. Any financial compensation must be provided by the institution or program arranging the internship.

We provide support in coordinating and managing the internship with the relevant institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of
    content and SEO strategies
  • Write and edit:

Film synopses

Performer profiles

Blog articles (research, interviews, trend analysis)

  • Create and manage content for
    Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit
  • Increase content visibility across
    external platforms
  • Support
    PR activities and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze
    digital marketing and content trends

Candidate Profile

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English (required)
  • Ability to work
    independently and proactively
  • Strong written communication and research skills
  • Interest in
    content strategy, marketing, and digital media
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a
    small-team environment
  • Interest in areas such as:

E-commerce

Queer cinema and auteur film

Fiction films

Sociology and psychology

Queer activism and LGBTQIA+ rights
