We are building web2cut, a new product category in B2B manufacturing. As a small team of around eight people, we work with short feedback loops, direct access to decision makers, and a pragmatic approach to growth.
Content plays a central role in how we acquire and educate customers. It needs to perform across the full funnel and work for both classical search and modern, LLM-based discovery. This requires a combination of technical SEO, strong content strategy, and hands-on content creation.
As Senior Content Strategist (m/f/d), you own our content system end-to-end. You are responsible for defining the strategy and technical foundations, while also contributing directly to the creation of high-impact content such as articles, guides, case studies, and video-based formats.
You work closely with a small, cross-functional team and internal domain experts to translate real customer needs into content that ranks, converts, and compounds.
Aufgaben- Content Engine Build-Out: Build and manage our content hub (blog, case studies, guides, landing pages) that feeds both SEO and our paid media funnel.
That means: conceptualizing of content pieces, extracting knowledge from experts within the company, scripting, directing of video/foto shootings - Technical SEO Mastery: Oversee technical SEO health, especially focusing on crawlability and indexing (both for conventional search and LLM) of all content pages.
- Funnel Optimization: Deeply understand the customer journey and customer intent throughout the whole marketing funnel and optimize page structure and content together with the product and SEA team accordingly
- Keyword Strategy: Translate direct B2B customer aswell as reseller needs (agencies, designer, architects) into a profitable keyword strategy. (scalable keyword research, competitor and market analysis, rank monitoring)
What You Bring to the Table
3+ Years of Hands-On SEO Experience: Proven track record in B2B, e-commerce, or SaaS environments, ideally with experience defining or scaling a new product category. (in our case web2cut)
- Strategic & Technical Expertise: Mastery of technical SEO (site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals) coupled with strong content strategy development.
- Content Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, high-quality content calendar and budget.
- Analytical Skillset: Highly proficient with Google Search Console, analytics tools (we use GA4/ fullstory), and industry tools (e.g., SISTRIX, Ahrefs).
- Language: Professional fluency in German and English (required for technical content and DACH market research).
