Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • In enger Abstimmung mit unserem Commodity Lead Buyer sind Sie für die Auswahl, Verhandlung und Erstellung von Rahmen- und Projektverträgen mit Lieferanten weltweit zuständig
  • Sie überwachen und setzen die Vertragseinhaltung durch. Die Durchsteuerung von Spezifikationsänderungen an die jeweiligen Lieferanten zählt ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Sie sind für die Pflege der Stammdaten (Kreditor, Infosatz, Orderbuch, Materialstamm etc.) zuständig
  • Sie initiieren und unterstützen neue Projekte (z. B. Kostensenkungsprojekte) im gesamten Beschaffungsprozess
  • Sie analysieren mögliche Beschaffungsmärkte, leiten komplexe Ausschreibungsprozesse und unterstützen aktiv die Überwachung, Betreuung und den Aufbau von ausgewählten Lieferanten mit dem Ziel der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Dabei stimmen Sie sich mit dem verantwortlichen Supplier Quality Manager (SQM) hinsichtlich der Festlegung von Maßnahmen zur Lieferantenentwicklung ab

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Komponenten nach Luftfahrt- oder anderen Industriestandards, idealerweise auch im Einkauf von Leiterplatten (PCBs) und EMS Dienstleistungen
  • Sie bringen eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse

  • Sie bringen Bereitschaft zu nationalen sowie internationalen Reisen mit
