Wir suchen eine strategisch denkende und ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit als Global Commodity Manager Mechanical (m/w/d), die unsere globalen Beschaffungsaktivitäten für mechanische Komponenten an allen HBK-Produktionsstandorten verantwortet. Sie übernehmen die globale Verantwortung für eine definierte Warengruppe und gestalten aktiv die strategische Ausrichtung der Lieferantenlandschaft.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Globale Warengruppenstrategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer abgestimmten Commodity-Strategie über alle Standorte hinweg.
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung globaler Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kapazität, finanzieller Stabilität und Innovationsfähigkeit.
  • Vertragsverhandlungen: Führen von globalen Vertragsverhandlungen inkl. Rahmenverträgen, Preismodellen und Service-Level-Vereinbarungen.
  • Risikomanagement: Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken in der globalen Lieferkette sowie Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung.
  • Kostenoptimierung: Strategische Steuerung von Kostenentwicklungen und Initiierung von Effizienzmaßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Kostensenkung.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Implementierung von Kontrollmechanismen.
  • Lieferkettenoptimierung: Analyse und Verbesserung globaler Supply-Chain-Prozesse zur Steigerung der Lieferfähigkeit und Flexibilität.
  • Technologietrends: Zusammenarbeit mit R&D und Lieferanten zur Bewertung neuer Technologien und Materialien.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit R&D, Produktmanagement, Engineering, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Richtlinien.
  • Reporting & Analyse: Erstellung von Management-Reports zu KPIs wie Kosten, Qualität, Lieferzeit und Risiken.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik oder Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit technischem Hintergrund
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Procurement, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in der Führung von internationalen Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Fundierte SAP ECC/MM-Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit Ariba oder anderen digitalen Beschaffungssystemen
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit globalen Lieferanten und komplexen Lieferketten
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
