YOUR MISSION:
- Stetige Entwicklung und Verbesserung unserer internen Wellbeing- und Sportangebote sowie andere Mitarbeiterevents
- Planung und Umsetzung der Be Well Week (Sport- und Gesundheitswoche)
- Interne Kommunikation und Marketing von Wellbeing- und Sportaktionen
- Organisation und Umsetzung von Events, Kursen und Maßnahmen im Bereich Wellbeing und Company Sports
- Kommunikation mit externen Anbietern und Trainern
YOUR TALENT:
- Eingeschriebene/-r Student/-in: Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Event-Management, Sportökonomie, Sportwissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang für die gesamte Dauer des Praktikums
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung durch Ausbildung oder Praktika
- Organisationstalent, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und Englisch), Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook
