Einführung in die Rolle

Als Leiter/in der Engineering-Abteilung führen Sie die Engineering-Funktion an unserem Standort Marburg und sorgen für operative Exzellenz sowie die Einhaltung pharmazeutisch-technischer Anforderungen (cGMP, Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt & Nachhaltigkeit). Sie sind ein wesentliches Mitglied des Standortleitungsteams, gestalten die Strategie und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, Gebäude/Versorgungseinrichtungen, Investitionsprojekte, Engineering-Compliance, Automatisierung und Produktionstechnik voran.

Hauptaufgaben

• Aufbau und Entwicklung einer effizienten Engineering-Organisation im Einklang mit den Zielen von GSK
• Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen innerhalb der Engineering-Abteilung und funktionsübergreifender Teams
• Überwachung von technischen Outsourcing-Prozessen, Serviceverträgen und Ressourcenallokation
• Verwaltung von CAPEX- und OPEX-Planungen, Sicherstellung der termingerechten und budgetkonformen Projektabwicklung
• Prüfung und Bewertung technischer Projekte, Mitwirkung bei Genehmigungsprozessen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner, gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Standards (cGMP, EHSS)
• Implementierung harmonisierter Engineering-Prozesse, Dokumente und Tools
• Unterstützung globaler Engineering-Initiativen und Förderung des Austauschs von Best Practices
• Wahrnehmung delegierter Verantwortlichkeiten nach deutschem Recht und gemäß Marburg DH-Matrix
• Förderung des standortweiten Risikomanagements und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

Grundqualifikationen:

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Engineering oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder verwandten Produktion & Technik
• Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einem multinationalen oder Matrix-Umfeld

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der EHS- und cGMP-Standards
• Fundiertes Verständnis rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen und Vorschriften
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
• Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, Geschäftsrisiken zu erkennen, zu mindern und zu lösen
• Selbstbewusste, entschlossene und kooperative Arbeitsweise
