Freiberuflicher Hotel Brand Assessor
reisen Sie durch Deutschland, um die Standards der Hotels zu bewerten und umsetzbare Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Gästeerfahrung zu geben. Einige Besuche können anonym als
Mystery Guest
durchgeführt werden, während andere geplant sind. Mithilfe eines Tablets bewerten Sie jeden Bereich, geben detailliertes Feedback und kommunizieren Ihre Ergebnisse mit der Hotelleitung. Diese freiberufliche Möglichkeit ist ideal für Fachkräfte, die selbstständig arbeiten, gerne reisen und stolz darauf sind, die Hotellerie aktiv zu verbessern.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Detailgenauigkeit: Durchführung umfassender Bewertungen von Sauberkeit, Zustand und Serviceleistungen der Hotels.
  • Präzise Berichte: Erstellung detaillierter und prägnanter Berichte mithilfe eines Tablets oder mobilen Geräts.
  • Termintreue: Strikte Einhaltung von Bewertungsfristen.
  • Kundenbeziehungen: Aufbau positiver Beziehungen zu Hotelmanagern.
  • Anpassungsfähigkeit: Flexibles Arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Hotelumgebungen und bei variierenden Kundenanforderungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Hotelmanagement: Nachweisbare Erfolge in einer operativen Rolle innerhalb der Hotellerie.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil).
  • Reisebereitschaft: Gültiger Reisepass und Führerschein für häufige Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands.
  • Standort: Ansässig in einer großen Stadt mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.
  • Verfügbarkeit: Reisebereitschaft von Montag bis Freitag, ungefähr drei Wochen pro Monat.
  • Vollständige Arbeitserlaubnis in Deutschland: Bewerber müssen bereits eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis besitzen; wir bieten keine Visumsunterstützung.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen anzupassen und in dynamischen Situationen zu arbeiten.

Diese Position wird in Partnerschaft mit Ecolab auf Basis eines unabhängigen Consulting-Auftrags angeboten. Sie können entweder persönlich als unabhängiger Auftragnehmer oder über Ihr eigenes Unternehmen arbeiten.
