We pride ourselves on a positive and growth-oriented work environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas, develop their skills, and have plenty of fun along the way.What We're Looking For:The Business Development Representative (BDR) will partner with Sales, Marketing, and other functional groups to develop and implement processes and practices into boosting our sales performance. For this we are seeking a motivated, career driven BDR who has a passion for finding and developing new business opportunities for our SaaS solution. Your job will include cold and warm calling, attending networking events and trade fairs and sending strong email communication to engage and secure new sales accounts. Together with the team, you will develop and execute on strategies to enable you to consistently create target prospect lists and meet monthly targets. The goal is to position Customer Alliance solutions based on target industry verticals and book sales meetings for your country sales manager.Your Responsibilities :Manage the entire pre sales lead qualification process to support our sales teamResearch new prospects, build the pipeline of potential leadsReach out to prospective clients via phone, email and other creative channelsUnderstand our potential customer's existing pain points and processes regarding customer satisfaction managementBook sales meetings with qualified leadsTogether with the sales team evaluate the approach to creating strong sales pipelinesWe Expect :RequirementsRole is based in BerlinExhibit creativity and tenacity in approaching outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, social) effortsEnergetic, upbeat, and tenacious team playerAbility to remain focused for long periods of timeQualificationsUniversity degree not required> 1 year experience in sales or sales developmentGerman speaking with strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience in approaching cold and warm leads via Phone, Email, Social Media Nice to haveItalian or Spanish Language SkillsPrior experience with SugarCRM, Hubspot and other prospecting toolsTechnical understanding of SaaS products and business workflowsWhat We Offer :An international team and great atmosphere with regular eventsFlexible home office and working hoursPrivate company pension planStructured onboarding plan with your own buddy to support your daily workflowRegular feedback meetingsUp to 30 days of vacation, earning 1 additional vacation day each year of employmentOne sabbatical month after each year of employmentAfter 2 years Master Card with a creditGreat cooperation with different partners for employee discountsYearly education budget of 1.000€ for job-related training (after 6 months of employment) Ein moderner Rekrutierungsprozess ist uns wichtig.
