Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (remote & telefonisch)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung unserer Software in Cloud und Kundenumgebungen
  • Durchführung von Software-Updates sowie Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Einrichtung und Administration von Windows-/ Linux Server- und Client-Systemen
  • Betreuung und Administration von MSSQL-Datenbanken
  • Dokumentation der Vorgänge sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung & Support-Team

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-/Linux-Server- und Client-Betriebssystemen
  • Gute allgemeine Netzwerkkenntnisse (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS)
  • Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse im 365 Umfeld
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Grundkenntnisse um Umgang von KI-Prompts
  • Grundkenntnisse zu Microsoft Hyper-V, VM-Ware und VirtualBox
  • Lust sich neuen Herausforderungen und Systemen zu stellen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
