Head of Fleet Sales

Responsibility :
Responsible for Fleetsales and used car strategy setting
Responsible for Fleet sales channel building and SME company development
Fleet sales target setting and monitor to ensure the target achievement
Develop fleets sales policy to keep competitive in the market
Support TCO and RV setting to keep competitve in the market
Maintain good relationship with Leasing company and all leasing partners
Support to build Fleet IT system to implementing fleet business
Requirement:
at least 10 years fleet sales experience in OEM or Top leasing companies
Familiar with Europe and especially Germany's key leasing company and SME channel
Good German and English language skills
Bachelor's degree or above
Proven track record of managing and growing fleet business
Extraordinary problem-solving skills and flexibility in daily operation
Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit
Good communication and execution skills, strong team spirit
