Wir suchen für eine umfassende technologische Transformation ab Januar 2026 eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Program Manager und Chief Architect. In dieser hybriden Rolle verantworten Sie die strategische Governance sowie die technische Ausrichtung eines komplexen AIOps-Ökosystems.

Das Projekt im Überblick
Im Zentrum dieses 12-monatigen Engagements steht das Sherlock-Framework. Sie verbinden strategische Geschäftsziele mit der technischen Umsetzung und steuern die Integration von KI-gestützten Betriebsabläufen mit modernen Automatisierungslösungen.

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche
Sie koordinieren vier zentrale Säulen der Transformation:

  1. KI-Strategie: Leitung der Implementierung von Sherlock (AIOps und ).
  2. Full-Stack Observability: Steuerung von Sherlock Beyond unter Einsatz von Instana und Prometheus.
  3. Cloud Economics: Erhöhung der FinOps-Reife durch Tools wie Apptio und Turbonomic.
  4. Process Automation: Orchestrierung von Concert-Workflows zur Prozessoptimierung.

Ihre strategische Verantwortung

  • Architektonische Leitplanken: Sie definieren technische Standards und Strategien für den gesamten Lösungs-Lifecycle.
  • Globale Koordination: Führung und Synchronisation interdisziplinärer Teams an Standorten in Deutschland und Indien.
  • Stakeholder Management: Beratung des Program-Sponsors, Budgetsteuerung und Moderation von Steering Committees auf Management-Ebene.

  • Starttermin: 05. Januar 2026
  • Projektdauer: 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung
  • Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit (100 Projekttage)
  • Einsatzort: Remote-fokussiert mit punktuellen Reisen (Deutschland und Indien)
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Technisches Profil
Wir erwarten fundierte Kenntnisse in Sherlock (AIOps, ), Instana, Prometheus sowie in FinOps-Tools wie Apptio oder Turbonomic.
