Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • You take part in the development and implementation of regional marketing strategies for the brands essence and Catrice.
  • You play an active role in the strategic planning and operational execution of cross-media campaigns across the European market.
  • You support influencer collaborations, prepare retail materials or promotional boxes, and help bring creative ideas to life by being part of influencer events.
  • You create and localize marketing materials tailored to different European markets.
  • You draft newsletters, presentations, and briefings, while coordinating internal teams, agencies, and international partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • You contribute engaging content to our internal communication channels.
  • You analyze market trends and competitors, derive actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to the team.
  • You identify and evaluate regional micro and nano influencers to strengthen our brand presence.
  • You monitor and assess campaign performance using relevant KPIs and translate results into impactful presentations.
  • You participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings, take ownership of your tasks, and independently manage smaller projects.

  • You are currently enrolled in a marketing-related degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Communications, or Media Studies)
  • Duration: minimum of 6 months, ideally starting as soon as possible
  • You are passionate about beauty, social media, and international trends
  • You enjoy working in a team, have a hands-on mentality, and like to get involved
  • You work in a structured and proactive way and are eager to contribute your own ideas
  • You have very good German and English skills, which help you navigate in an international environment
