You will take on a pivotal role in driving change and innovation. You'll play a crucial part in understanding and translating business needs, ensuring seamless transitions and effective implementations of new technologies and processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and documenting business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Crafting detailed User Stories to encapsulate business requirements and acceptance criteria in clear terms.
  • Bridging the gap between technical jargon and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and understanding.
  • Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, analyze information needs, and define functional requirements.
  • Partnering with technical architects to explore development options and ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
  • Modeling current and future-state business processes, conducting gap analyses, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to empower teams and stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals impacted by new systems and processes.
  • Overseeing the implementation of new technology and systems, working closely with internal development teams to ensure successful outcomes.

As a successful candidate, you'll possess:

  • A strong background in creating processes and process flows, with knowledge of BPM2.0 principles.
  • Methodical and structured approach to problem-solving, with a strategic and tactical mindset.
  • Experience organizing workshops and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive process optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work confidently with complex data and systems.
  • A consultancy background with a minimum of 10 years' experience in business analysis.
  • A recognized qualification in Business Analysis, preferably certified through the BCS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, coupled with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and proficiency in German (desired).
