In your new role as Program Director IT Enablement (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that countries and local IT teams are thoroughly prepared and ready for the rollout of a large-scale business transformation program.

Your assignments

Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership alignment:

  • Identify decision-makers and confirm availability of local IT key resources required for the Program Rollout (e.g. IT leads, IT Subject Matter Experts)

  • Ensure understanding among local IT about the program's scope and impact

  • Coordinate with local IT stakeholders regarding expectations and timelines

  • Align and agree site-specific responsibilities versus global roles supporting and guiding the deployments

Project Team and Governance Formation:

  • Establish the regional and local IT project team, assign responsibilities, and set up governance structures

  • Plan and execute a Site IT Assessment Questionnaire to evaluate readiness and identify potential gaps and required integration to local applications

Site Scoping and Fit Assessment:

  • Support site scoping based on business process taxonomy

  • Review current and planned local IT initiatives for possible alignment or conflict with the deployment

  • Support business data analysis and assess cleansing requirements

  • Review local Infrastructure and Integration requirements to local applications and equipment

  • Identify Long-Lead-Time Items

Resource and Financial Preparedness:

  • Arrange IT resource commitments, confirming necessary funding and leadership time for the project

  • Review roll-out and sprint plans from a local IT resource perspective

Template Familiarization and Training:

  • Provide pre-training and introduce the template solution to local IT

Your profile

  • A master's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT program management and delivery with a strong focus on large-scale ERP implementations

  • Experience in working with third-party system integrators and managing vendor relationships

  • Strong knowledge of dependency management, change control, and risk management in the context of large-scale IT programs

  • Understanding of integration points and dependencies between SAP Systems and other enterprise systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT, business, and project teams

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

  • Prior experience within Life Sciences domain preferable
